Year 1 meet Skelly the skeleton!

Year 1 children learn all about their bodies.

The year 1 children met Skelly the skeleton this half term. He helped the children learn all about our bodies. We learnt how many bones we have, what bones are for and what some of them are called. The children enjoyed exploring the different parts. We also had the opportunity to try on casts and pots to help us understand how our bones heal if we have broken them. Special thanks to our parent for making this happen :-)
