A little bit of kindness
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and this weeks focus is Kindness.
Sport and exercise plays a huge part in improving how we think and feel. It is important to get in our 60 minutes of physical activity daily. As well as keeping active why not take on the 7day kindness challenge?
