This week Reception have been designing and making bird feeders. We began by investigating what food was available for the birds in our wildlife garden and forest area. We decided to help the birds by making our own bird feeders. We used a range of resources such as cardboard, vegetarian lard and bird seeds to make them. We then went and hung them up in the trees and bushes for the birds to enjoy over the weekend. More photos and info will be uploaded to our school Facebook page after the weekend for you to see.
