Superheroes are you ready?

Today in reception, the children dressed up as superheroes to start our new topic 'What makes me super?' We had a very special mission today. We had to complete lots of different challenges throughout the day to power up the battery. The battery was going to charge our special key to unlock the bag, which contained our new book! The children did laps around the playground to show their super strength and speed, wrote sentences about superheroes, made superhero masks and lots more.

At the end of the day, the children had charged the battery to 100% and we were able to unlock the bag and read our new book 'A superhero like you'.
