Thank you to all the parents/carers who brought ice into school today for reception's ice mountain!
The children loved exploring the ice and investigating it using all of their senses. They watched it melt throughout the day and enjoyed looking at how the different shapes and colours of the ice changed. The children did some super writing about the ice where they used vocabulary such as 'freezing', 'colourful', 'smooth' and 'bumpy'.
