Children at Brightside learn about how to stay safe on roads
The children in reception, year 1 and year 2 were visited by Jude Bissall who is the Road Safety Officer for the Sheffield Road Safety Team.
The children learnt about how to stay safe on the road. They learnt some important rules:
Stop, Look, Listen, Think
Hold hands with your adult
Look Left and Right
They watched videos and acted out how to cross the road in the small groups. They explained how important it was to wait for the 'green man' when they were at the crossing.
All children listened carefully. Well done!
