Today marks the start of Science Week at Brightside. 

We have based Science Week on the book 'Stuck' by Oliver Jeffers.  Each class has read the story and has a science problem to solve! 

Nursery- Can you make Floyd a new kite?

Reception- Which object would be best to throw into the tree to knock the kite down?

Year 1- How can you get the objects down from the tree? 

Year 2-  Can you make something to knock the kite out of the tree? 

We will keep you posted about how the children are solving the science problems!  They have already had some great ideas!
